●The V-shaped spring can make the PTFE or UHMW-PE sealing lip at the end of the long arm fit tightly on the sealing surface, thereby providing a medium sealing force

●Exquisite shape can be directly installed in the standard O-ring groove

●Fully conform to AS 568A groove, back support ring can be added if necessary

●The standard material of the spring is stainless steel, and other more corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials can be selected according to the application conditions, such as Hastelloy, Elgiloy and other alloys

●Temperature resistance range of conventional materials: -150℃~260℃

●The pressure range of the standard type is from vacuum to 210kg/cm², and the special shape of the back support can withstand pressure to 700kg/cm²

●Scraper-type sealing lip can be used in environments with wear-resistant particles


Application place


●Shaft and piston seal of reciprocating mechanism

●The rotating shaft is sealed, the speed can reach 4m/s

●For static sealing, the sealing groove can tolerate larger tolerances and poor shaft centers

●The end face seal is suitable for the application environment of internal pressure or external pressure

●The applicable temperature of dynamic seal can reach 260℃

●It can replace the standard inch O-ring without modifying the groove size

●Stainless steel springs, Hastelloy and Elgiloy alloys can also be used

●Not suitable for sealing grooves with larger tolerances than axial degrees

C-type spring characteristics

●C-type (canted coil) spring has a certain load in a considerable deformation range

●C-type springs with different load characteristics can be selected according to application requirements

●Comply with MIL-G-5514 and AS 568 standard O-ring groove

●302 C type stainless steel spring, Hastelloy alloy can also be used

●Suitable for internal and external pressure applications

●Not suitable for environments with wear-resistant particles

●Applications that are sensitive to friction

●Suitable for applications with diameters <1/2" and <3/32"
